A l\u2019occasion de la journ\u00e9e internationale des femmes, l’Insee fait un point sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s femmes\/hommes. Activit\u00e9, temps de travail, salaires, elles sont un peu plus marqu\u00e9es dans le Grand-Est que dans le reste de la France, notamment dans les Ardennes.<\/h2>\n

L\u2019Insee (Institut national de la statistique et des \u00e9tudes \u00e9conomiques) vient de publier sa derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate sur les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s hommes-femmes. Cette enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le que de nombreuses in\u00e9galit\u00e9s perdurent en France et sur le Grand Est. Selon ces derni\u00e8res analyses de l\u2019Insee, dans le Grand Est, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi entre les hommes et les femmes se sont r\u00e9duites depuis 25 ans, mais restent parmi les plus fortes de France. La situation varie cependant selon les d\u00e9partements, en lien avec un march\u00e9 du travail plus ou moins favorable pour les femmes. Ainsi, la tertiarisation de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et la hausse des niveaux de dipl\u00f4mes ont favoris\u00e9 l\u2019emploi f\u00e9minin, notamment en Alsace, dans la Marne et en Meurthe-et-Moselle.<\/p>\n

Toutefois, l\u2019inactivit\u00e9 et le travail \u00e0 temps partiel demeurent largement plus fr\u00e9quents chez les femmes que chez les hommes, surtout quand elles sont m\u00e8res de jeunes enfants ou de famille nombreuse.<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9carts de salaires sont parmi les plus importants de m\u00e9tropole<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans la r\u00e9gion, les \u00e9carts de salaires entre hommes et femmes sont \u00e9galement parmi les plus importants de m\u00e9tropole : l\u2019\u00e9cart moyen d\u00e9passe 20 %, notamment en Moselle et dans le Haut-Rhin. En effet, les femmes acc\u00e8dent moins fr\u00e9quemment \u00e0 des postes de cadres et sont surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans des secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s peu r\u00e9mun\u00e9rateurs. Les caract\u00e9ristiques des personnes et des postes occup\u00e9s expliquent plus de 40 % des \u00e9carts salariaux entre hommes et femmes. Une fois ces effets pris en compte, la diff\u00e9rence de salaires est l\u2019une des plus faibles de France m\u00e9tropolitaine.<\/p>\n

59,6%\u00a0 des femmes du Grand Est ont un emploi<\/h3>\n

La part des femmes de 15 \u00e0 64 ans en emploi atteint 59,6 % dans le Grand Est et est proche du niveau m\u00e9tropolitain
\n(61,0 %). La r\u00e9gion se place ainsi devant les Hauts-de-France (54,8 %), la Corse, l\u2019Occitanie et Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te-d\u2019Azur, mais loin derri\u00e8re l\u2019\u00cele-de-France et les Pays de la Loire (64,3 % et 63,8 %).
\nCe taux d\u2019emploi est de 7,3 points inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des hommes, ce qui fait du Grand Est la quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 cet \u00e9cart est le plus prononc\u00e9, apr\u00e8s la Corse, les Hauts-de-France et Provence-Alpes- C\u00f4te-d\u2019Azur (respectivement – 13,1,- 9,0 et – 8,1).<\/p>\n

Le salaire<\/h3>\n

Dans le Grand Est, le salaire net annuel moyen des femmes en \u00e9quivalent temps plein s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 21 365 euros, contre 26 760 euros pour les hommes, soit 20,2 % de moins (figure 4). Le Grand Est est ainsi la troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9gion de m\u00e9tropole o\u00f9 les \u00e9carts\u00a0sont les plus grands, apr\u00e8s Auvergne- Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes et Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4ted\u2019Azur (20,6 % et 20,4 %), la moyenne nationale se situant \u00e0 18,7 %. Dans la r\u00e9gion, les salaires moyens aussi bien f\u00e9minins que masculins sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne de province, sauf dans la Marne et
\nle Bas-Rhin.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est en Moselle et dans le Haut-Rhin que la diff\u00e9rence entre les salaires des femmes et des hommes est la plus importante, aux troisi\u00e8me et quatri\u00e8me rangs parmi les d\u00e9partements de province, apr\u00e8s le Territoire de Belfort et la Haute- Garonne (24,8 %et 23,1 %). \u00c0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9, en Haute-Marne et dans la Meuse, elle est la plus r\u00e9duite du Grand Est. C\u2019est aussi dans ces deux d\u00e9partements que les salaires moyens f\u00e9minins et masculins sont les plus faibles.
\nL\u2019\u00e9cart salarial est le plus prononc\u00e9 parmi les cadres et professions intellectuelles sup\u00e9rieures (21 %). Il est le plus bas pour les employ\u00e9s (10 %).<\/p>\n

En 2012, la diff\u00e9rence de salaire entre les femmes et les hommes \u00e9tait de 20,7 %, soit une diminution de 0,5 point entre 2012 et
\n2015, comme au niveau national. C\u2019est dans les Vosges que la r\u00e9duction a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus importante, – 1,5 point. \u00c0 contre-courant,
\ndans la Meuse et en Moselle, l\u2019\u00e9cart est rest\u00e9 quasi stable. Dans la r\u00e9gion, il a baiss\u00e9 de 1,5 point pour les cadres, il est demeur\u00e9 presque identique pour les employ\u00e9s tandis qu\u2019il s\u2019est creus\u00e9 pour les professions interm\u00e9diaires (de 0,9 point).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
