<\/a>Malgr\u00e9 la promesse du gouvernement de ne plus cr\u00e9er de nouvel imp\u00f4t, une nouvelle taxe locale a vu le jour. La taxe inondation va venir s\u2019ajouter aux imp\u00f4ts locaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 en vigueur. Cette nouvelle taxe doit permettre de couvrir les frais des travaux de pr\u00e9vention des inondations.<\/h3>\nCette nouvelle colonne sur le formulaire des imp\u00f4ts locaux intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0gestion aquatique et de la pr\u00e9vention des inondations\u00a0\u00bb (Gemapi) jusqu\u2019ici prise en charge par l\u2019Etat est d\u00e9sormais du ressort des communaut\u00e9s de communes et des m\u00e9tropoles.<\/p>\n
La nouvelle taxe facultative est vot\u00e9e par la collectivit\u00e9 et plafonn\u00e9e \u00e0 40 euros. Elle concerne tous les contribuables. Que vous soyez situ\u00e9 en zone inondable ou non. Les communaut\u00e9s de communes ont jusqu\u2019au 15\u00a0f\u00e9vrier pour voter cette nouvelle taxe pour 2018.<\/p>\n
