Hier, jeudi 28 ao\u00fbt 2014 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Thierry Lavigne, directeur industriel du groupe Innothera \u00e0 Nomexy a accueilli <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Gilbert Payet, Pr\u00e9fet des Vosges pour une visite d’entreprise.<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\nImplant\u00e9e depuis 1999 dans les Vosges, l’usine est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la production de textile m\u00e9dical pour le traitement des maladies veineuses : bas, collants, chaussettes de compression veineuse \u00e9lastique.\u00a0En 2\u00e8me position sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais, l’entreprise affiche une production annuelle de\u00a02,5 millions de paires\u00a0et\u00a0rassemble aujourd\u2019hui 350 collaborateurs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Gilbert Payet d\u00e9couvre le savoir faire de l’entreprise\nQuestion sant\u00e9 Innothera en connait un rayon donc et la sienne est bonne.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n L’entreprise investit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et diversifie ses activit\u00e9s, comme derni\u00e8rement dans le d\u00e9veloppement d’un laboratoire et la cr\u00e9ation d’un centre d’appels. L’entreprise fait \u00e9galement la part belle \u00e0 l’apprentissage. Une dynamique salu\u00e9e par le Pr\u00e9fet qui a profit\u00e9 de cette visite pour\u00a0souligner une fois de plus les objectifs du Pacte de responsabilit\u00e9 et de solidarit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nPour rappel, ce dernier vise principalement \u00e0 all\u00e9ger le co\u00fbt du travail et la fiscalit\u00e9 des entreprises afin de leur permettre de d\u00e9gager des marges pour investir et cr\u00e9er des emplois mais aussi de r\u00e9duire les pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements salariaux pour une meilleure r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du travail\u00a0. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\nPour <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Thierry Lavigne <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>le moment est venu pour l’entreprise de se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 l’exportation, ce que des filiales initient\u00a0actuellement avec la production de bas de contention au Canada et en Serbie.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\u00c9pinal Infos<\/p>\n
